Regarding the process

In order to submit an application for permanent residency through the Agri-Food Pilot Program, you need to meet the following requirements.

• Qualified Canadian work experience in one or more of the eligible sectors and occupations
• An offer of full-time Non-seasonal employment in one of the eligible industries and occupations from a Canadian employer (outside of Quebec)
• To fulfill or exceed the language criteria in meeting or exceeding the educational requirements to maintain temporary resident status (if already in Canada)
• to meet or go beyond the language needs
• to meet or exceed the educational requirements
• to have settlement funds (if needed)
