Skilled Migrant Visa

This visa is for individuals with skills that will help the economic growth of New Zealand. Before submitting a formal application, you must submit an expression of interest (EOI) that describes your job experience and qualifications.

• The length of Stay under this visa is indefinitely
• The Age Spread for this visa is 55 years old or less
• With this visa category, you are able to do Work, study, and reside in New Zealand
• Include your spouse and dependent children under the age of 24 in your application for permanent residency

Important elements to note

• NZ Govt. employs a points-based approach to evaluate interest expressions
• Calculate the number of points you can claim
• Currently, NZ Govt. only accepts EOIs with 160 or more points
