Invest a minimum of USD 500000 or its foreign currency equivalent or Turkish lira in a private pension system for a minimum of three years

The Ministry of Family Labour and Social Services requires the creation of at least fifty job positions

The primary applicant may include their spouse dependent children under the age of 18 and disabled children of any age in their application
After applicants have selected the qualified investment choice, a family residency permit application must be submitted. The principal applicant must then obtain a bank account in Turkey. Once all application documents (including applicable certifications and translations) have been prepared, the investment can be finalized and the government documents submitted. Once the government has received the application, the evaluation procedure will commence, and an interview may be required. Typically, applications are approved within 120 days, after which citizenship documents are issued. The application for a passport can then be submitted.
